Introduce them to Vuelance and we run the project from the first meeting to launch. You earn 10 to 20% of the profit on what the client pays us, depending on how much of the deal you take on. You can be in the GCC, India, Europe, the US or Australia, as long as you and the client speak English or Malayalam. - Partners in **GCC, India, Europe, US, Australia** - Clients speak **English or Malayalam** - Your part **Introduce, or help close the deal** - You earn **10–20% of the profit** **Apply to become a partner** [**Ask us on WhatsApp**](https://wa.me/917907141635) **// Partner levels** ## Three ways to partner, paid by the part you play Some partners just make the introduction. Others stay involved and help us win the work. Your share of the profit grows with your part in the deal. - ### Introduction Partner **10%** of the Net Project Profit You introduce a business that needs the work. We take it from there: the meetings, the proposal, the contract and the build. - ### Business Development Partner **15%** of the Net Project Profit You introduce the client, arrange the meetings and actively support the sales process alongside us. - ### Strategic Partner **20%** of the Net Project Profit You manage the client relationship, coordinate commercial discussions, support the negotiations and actively help secure the project. The level is set for each lead, not once for you. You propose one when you register a lead and we confirm it when we accept the lead, so you can be an Introduction Partner on one deal and a Strategic Partner on the next. Strategic is never automatic: we confirm it only where you'll actively take on all four parts of that role. At every level, Vuelance sets the price and signs the contract, so you never quote or promise anything on our behalf. **// How it works** ## From introduction to payout We set the price, sign the contract, build the project and answer every technical question. How much of the sale you take on is up to you, and your share of the profit grows with it. 1. **01**### Register and introduce Before you introduce them, send us the business, the person who makes the decision, what they need and how the introduction came about, so the lead is recorded under you. Within 5 working days we tell you whether we've accepted it, and at which partner level. 2. **02**### We meet, sign and deliver We lead the meetings, send the proposal and price, sign the contract, then build, launch and support the project. At the higher levels, you help us win it. 3. **03**### You get paid Each time the client pays Vuelance, your share of the profit on that payment reaches you within 5 working days. **Partners** **// Who it suits** ## People who know business owners Partners in the GCC, India, Europe, the US and Australia who speak English or Malayalam, know businesses that do too, and keep getting asked who could build a website or an app. There are no targets and no exclusivity. - ### Business consultants Your clients already ask you who can build their app or website. - ### Company setup and PRO advisors Every new business you set up needs a website on day one. - ### Creative freelancers Marketers and designers who can refer the development work they don't do themselves. - ### Well-connected professionals You have a strong network in business or community groups. **// Your commission** ## A share of the profit, with the books open Your commission is a share of the Net Project Profit: what the client pays us, after bank charges and not counting VAT or GST, less the direct costs of delivering the project, such as the team's time, hosting and licences. 10–20%of the profit ### By your partner level Worked out on each payment the client makes, from the first invoice to the last, then checked against the actual costs when the project ends. If we price a project below 25% expected profit, you're paid as if it were 25%. That covers our pricing, not cost overruns after signing or a project that ends at a loss, and you never share a loss. ### Open books Your portal shows each project's price, its costs, the profit and your commission on every payment. Question any figure within 60 days and we show you the records behind it. ### Paid within 5 working days Your share of each payment reaches you within 5 working days of it reaching us, paid in your own currency. Outside India, you can choose one combined payout a month to save on transfer charges. ### Repeat work for 6 months When that same company comes back for more within 6 months, every new project earns you the same share, and support plans count for their first year. Its parent or sister companies are registered as their own leads. **// Questions** ## Before you apply ### The UAE and the rest of the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait), India, Europe, the US and Australia. You and the businesses you introduce also need to speak English or Malayalam, the two languages we work with clients in. ### You never need to know anything technical. Selling is up to you: as an Introduction Partner you only make the introduction, and we handle the conversation, the price and the contract. Business Development and Strategic Partners also help with the meetings and negotiations, for a bigger share. Either way, Vuelance sets the price and signs the contract. ### The Net Project Profit is what the client pays us, after bank charges and not counting VAT or GST, less the direct costs of delivering the project: the team's hours on it, valued at our standard cost rate for each role with no mark-up, and third-party costs such as hosting, domains, software licences and app store fees. Your portal shows the hours and rates. Any other cost counts only if you agree to it in writing, and our overheads and income tax are never deducted. If a client pays USD 10,000 and the direct costs come to USD 6,000, the profit is USD 4,000, so an Introduction Partner earns USD 400 and a Strategic Partner USD 800. If we ever price a project below 25% expected profit, your commission is worked out as if it were 25%. That protects you from our pricing decisions, not from cost overruns after signing, and it doesn't apply to a project that ends at a loss. ### Then the money crosses a border twice. When a client pays us from abroad, the bank and currency conversion charges on that payment come off before the profit is worked out. If you're outside India, the charges for sending your payout come off it too, so you can choose one combined payout a month to keep them down. We pay you in your own currency, at our bank's rate on the day. If Indian tax applies to your commission, a tax treaty may lower or remove it, depending on the treaty, your documents and Indian tax rules. We send you a certificate for anything we withhold. ### Register each lead with us before the introduction, so it's recorded under you. Once you're enrolled, you get your own login to the Vuelance partner portal, where you can follow every client you've referred: where their project stands, what they've paid us and when, the project's costs and profit, the commission you've earned on each payment, and when it will reach you. ### Yes. Every partner signs the Vuelance Referral Partner Agreement before their first referral. This page is a summary of it, and where the two differ, the agreement applies. ### One year from signing, and you can renew it a year at a time. We tell you 30 days before it ends, and you renew with one click in the partner portal. Renewing keeps everything running, including registering new leads. If the agreement ends instead, the commission you've earned doesn't end with it. For clients who signed before the end date, we keep paying on their projects and support plans, including repeat work they sign within 6 months of their first project. Leads we'd already accepted still earn you commission on their first project if they sign within their 3-month window. ### Yes. Either of us can end it early with 30 days' notice. We can also end it if you keep sending leads that aren't genuine, such as made-up contacts, businesses that never asked to hear from us, or companies already working with us. The same applies if you promise prices, discounts or deadlines on our behalf, spam people in Vuelance's name, or break the partner agreement in any other way. However it ends, the commission you've earned or already qualified for is still paid, except on leads connected with a breach. ### We reply within 4 working hours to set up a meeting, where we get to know you and the businesses you work with. If it's a good fit for both of us, we send you the partner agreement to sign. ```json {"@context":"https://schema.org","@graph":[{"@id":"https://vuelance.com/#website","@type":"WebSite","description":"Vuelance is an AI-native company with forward deployed engineers.
